Spiritual Director Jetsunma Ahkön Lhamo and the sangha of Kunzang Palyul Choling welcome you to a precious place of refuge. February is a busy month at KPC, and there are many opportunities to participate and focus your energy.

At Jetsunma’s request, there are pujas every night to diminish the impact of the tremendous changes everyone is experiencing in the U.S. and around the world right now.
The current practices are either Rigdzin Dupa or Vajrakilaya Gurkhukma. Check the KPC Calendar for a complete schedule of these important pujas and other practices at KPC.

The Saturday meditation class has a new format – and a new time! Now at 11am, this beginner-friendly guided meditation class to stabilize your mind and open your heart includes traditional meditations, such as Shamatha (calm abiding) and Tonglen (sending and receiving), and Jetsunma’s Light Expansion Prayer.
Afterwards, the Riwo Sang Chod (Mountain Smoke Offering) practice is exceptionally beneficial for cleansing the environment, increasing health and prosperity, and stimulating world peace and harmony.
This Saturday is also Dakini Day (the 25th lunar day of the Tibetan calendar), when it is traditional to celebrate the feminine energy of wisdom with a Yumka puja – a powerful way to create positive energy and wisdom, purify past negative actions, and repair broken promises.
