Sunday Meditation and Dharma Talk

Upcoming Series: The Seven Line Prayer & Ngöndro
March 22 – April 5

At the request of Her Eminence Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo Rinpoche, Khenpo Karze is offering a four-week series on the Seven Line Prayer and Ngöndro over the coming Sundays. These teachings are designed to help newcomers and students deepen their understanding of these foundational Vajrayana practices — and to prepare those planning to attend the Ngöndro empowerment weekend with Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche on April 18–19.
The series began on March 15 with a teaching on the meaning of the Seven Line Prayer. Watch the recording here.
Upcoming Ngöndro teachings: March 22 | March 29 | April 5
Register here to attend all or any part of the empowerment weekend.
Traditional Dharma Instruction to Help Us Cultivate Wisdom and Compassion

Join us on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. for a meditation class led by Khenpo Karze, followed by a public talk and Q&A.
The meditation focus varies from class to class.
The class typically begins with 30 minutes of meditation instruction, followed by 5-10 minutes of meditation practice, and then continues with discussion and Q&A. Each session concludes with a brief Chenrezig practice in which we recite Om Mani Padme Hung Hrih (a prayer of compassion), and a dedication prayer that our efforts benefit all beings.
This class offers a strong foundation in meditation, helping cultivate inner peace and compassion amidst busy lives.
All are welcome!
This program is open to anyone with an interest in Buddhism and you can come to all or any part of the program. Families are welcome. There is no fee, but donations are encouraged.
Join us in the Prayer Room or watch online via webcast. View previous meditation classes here.
About the Teacher

In his short time here at KPC, Khenpo Karze has become a beloved member of our Dharma family. He has engaged in all aspects of KPC projects, immersing himself in Jetsunma’s multi-faceted compassionate activities. He has been astonished and delighted at all that is being accomplished with KPC Buddhist Relief, as well as the more traditional Dharma supports that are everywhere here at KPC, including the 24-hour prayer vigil that has been ongoing for 40 years.
After completing the NNI Shedra program at Namdroling Monastery in South India, and receiving his Khenpo certificate, Khenpo Karze has taught in various places throughout India, Asia, and Europe. This is his first time in the USA. We are so lucky to have him! Please join us for these teachings as often as you can!
